For all the Mormon MBAs out there

It's worth remembering that the plain text of the Word of Wisdom says that Mormon-made sacramental wine is acceptable. There's gotta be a Mormon entrepreneur out there who sees a money-making opportunity in that.

Jamie maintains that beer is okay, too, according to the WoW. Now, he's not going to drink it, he never liked it before he became a Mormon, but he once pointed that out to a bishop and the bishop said "Well, it certainly seems to say that, doesn't it?"

Most of the Latter Day Saint Movement religions hold the Word of Wisdom (though not always referred to by that name) as doctrine. However, the treatment of it varies from religion to religion:

→Some maintain it’s a commandment while others that it’s a divine suggestion (the plain text says the latter, but The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has elevated it to commandment status via action of the body of the church in conference assembled on multiple occasions)
→Some allow beer, based on beer not being “strong”
→Some allow the consumption of all alcoholic beverages in moderation, basically holding that the text is actually intended to uphold the Biblical injunction against drunkenness, not to forbid the consumption of alcohol
→Caffeine, of course, is a subject of much contention even within a single church (read: The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints)
→And so on

Perhaps oddly, i know of no Latter Day Saint Movement churches that forbid the consumption of hot chocolate—not saying none exist, but i haven’t run across any in my own searching.
