Wisdom from the younger set

From my ten-year-old daughter, totally unprompted:

I think they call it “relief society” because you’re so relieved you don’t have to be with your kids.

Parenting: Clearly, we’re doing it right.

I'd say she's very astute... and right.

The first day Adrian could go to nursery one of the members of the bishopric asked to meet with me to give me a calling. In the middle of talking to him, he interrupted himself and said I looked so happy and relaxed. I laughed and said Adrian went to nursery for the first time. He nodded and said "Ahhhh. I remember the day our youngest started nursery. My wife looked about how you do."
